You may enter each event only once.
You may enter up to two consecutive proficiency levels per style in Amateur events.
You may enter only one proficiency level of Jack and Jill.
You may not dance Rookie-Vet and Amateur with the same partner.
Newcomer and the Rookie partner in Rookie-Vet should be competitors for whom this is their first competition.
A note for college teams: we may make exceptions to these limitations on a case-by-case basis in order for all members of your team to dance as much as possible. Please contact our registrar at info@upartnerdance.org for any assistance.
Costumes are allowed in Silver and above. No costumes will be allowed in Newcomer, or Bronze. This will be strictly enforced.
A USA Dance College Challenge
U Dance Fest is a USA Dance Collegiate Challenge. Participation does not require a USA Dance membership, but having one before competing at U Dance Fest can help you earn two of the six qualifying points needed to dance more levels at the USA Dance Nationals as a college student – or to qualify as an alumni/adult. You can sign up for USA Dance membership at the USA Dance Membership Page. For more information, check out the USA Dance National Collegiate DanceSport Championship Website.
